Hello fans, friends,

After an injury time from nearly 3 years i did get in shape for my last competition the NAC Universe 2011 in Norderstedt Hamburg. I became 4th in a line up from 16 athletes.
A good organisated competition.
I want to thank everyone who did help/support me.
