désirée dümpel with ed de haan

2011 supposed to be my last competition...............................

I did a 4th place out of 16. so not bad placing......

But i didnt have the form i wanted at the Universe NAC in Norderstedt, Germany.

There i met Ed de Haan since a long time again. He coached there a very talented dutch male bodybuilder.

His shape was awesome.

I was very nervous before going at stage because of the fact i didnt have the shape i wanted.

Ed did get me with a short talk and a look in his eyes calm enought to get at stage.

So after the competition i contacted Ed and we started to work together.

We took the fibo expo in germany (19-22 april) as a preparing.

So after 3 months i did have a metamorphosis and had the shape of my life.

I did get a lot of compliments and a lot of fans , more than ever, wanted a picture with me.

So great. At the 6th of may i did give a guestposing at the nbpf competition in etten leur ,nl.

I did get a standing ovation and the people wanted me back after my 4 minutes posing. It was wonderfull.

So the next goal is to prepare for NAC Universe in Germany.
