2011 supposed to be my last competition...............................
I did a 4th place out of 16. so not bad placing......
But i didnt have the form i wanted at the Universe NAC in Norderstedt, Germany.
There i met Ed de Haan since a long time again. He coached there a very talented dutch male bodybuilder.
His shape was awesome.
I was very nervous before going at stage because of the fact i didnt have the shape i wanted.

After an injury time from nearly 3 years i did get in shape for my last competition the NAC Universe 2011 in Norderstedt Hamburg. I became 4th in a line up from 16 athletes.
